Oops! And Happy Annivesary to Me

So I really dropped the ball on this whole photo every day thing. I got SUPER sick last week and just really didn't care about anything there for a while. I am finally feeling better now so I will start posting pics again, just not numbered anymore. That's ok, less pressure, more fun. Maybe I will just post when I get an actual decent photo. I didn't really like where I was heading anyway. Some days I just felt out of it and posted some crappy photo I took real quick. I want to actually post photos that I WANT to look at!

Here is a photo of the orchid my hubby got me for our 3rd wedding anniversary. I was there when he got it for me, actually I asked him to get it for me =)  But he actually got me surprise flowers today since today is the actual day. If you want to see them click here. Happy St. Patrick's Day and Our Anniversary lol!

#67 - A nice day for...grocery shopping?

Today was a really nice day and I got to go grocery shopping after church and lunch. Yay. At least Jim was home so he kept Jimmy so I could go alone. But I would have rather stayed home and enjoyed the nice day in my yard. Oh well, I did get to spend a little time outside after I got home, here are a couple pics of Bo playing. You can see we still have snow on the ground in places and absolutely none in other places! Silly weather =)

#66 - Sunny Day

These are from yesterday when I took Jimmy to visit his Grandma. It was such a beautiful day, ahh it was wonderful! Today was even better, but we were out most of the day and I didn't get any pics till around dusk when I saw this guy.

This is my favorite boy, Cajun. He is a Tennessee Walking horse, and he is such a cutie! Love him!

And below is a pic of our horse Gunner, he started coming down to see me, but then wouldn't get any closer. Silly boy. You can also see Sherlock up in the barn, he is a Peruvian Paso from what we have been told. He came from the same farm as Mimzy, the palomino Quarter horse we have at our place while Gunner is at Dad & Kathy's being taught manners by Cajun lol.

#65 - Find Me Friday

Late again! I really need to start scheduling these posts....eeesh.
Can you find the flying Mallards in this photo? The drake (male) is on the left side of the Mulberry tree and the duck (female) is to the right.

If you are new this week, all you have to do is post a photo of whatever you want (within reason of course, keep it clean people! ;-) ) and it has to have some element of "peekaboo," "hiding" or "camouflage" in it. Think of one of those hidden pictures where you have to find the hidden images. Or a green frog blending into the green leaf he is sitting on. There are tons of options! Have fun with it!

If you would like to join in, please make sure to link back to my blog and use my button if you like. If I decide your image(s) is/are inappropriate, I have the right to delete your link. Other than that, have fun and I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! Oh, and I plan on having weekly themes in the future, but if you don't have a photo that falls into the category, you can still participate. And I don't mind if you add this into another Friday blog carnival. As long as you remember to link to me, that is great! Ok, that's all for now, lets see those photos!

Here is a button for you to use if you would like to participate. Thanks!

#64 - What is this S-U-N?

I saw something today that I don't think I have seen in a very long time....the SUN! I actually had a pretty good day, opened the curtains, let the sun stream in. I got a lot of laundry done, finally put the maternity clothes that have been piled up on our bedroom floor (since being pulled out of storage) away and sorted...And while Jimmy and I were playing I glanced out the window and saw this going on:
Whoa!! I had forgotten they could move like that lol!  Those two were really having a blast, Mimzy (the palomino or light colored one for you not so horsey peeps ;-) even stopped to roll a couple times, she was really enjoying herself. She even broke into a gallop a couple times! THAT was entertaining, I don't think I have EVER seen her gallop the whole time we have had her. And in the first pic, Pegasus just reminds me of how a Thoroughbred SHOULD look, he actually looked pretty =) Now I just want to break out an English saddle and jump on him and go! I know right, an ENGLISH saddle?? Dad if you read this, don't be disappointed lol. Oh well, that won't happen for another 5 or so months, IF I'm lucky. We are supposed to be having a girl come out and ride them a couple times a week starting in May sometime, that will be good for them because they haven't gotten much attention in the riding dept. in a long time. Hopefully hubby will learn a few things while she is here too.

Gosh, I hope it is this sunny tomorrow too! I am taking Jimmy to my Dad & Kathy's while I take Luke to the vet, then maybe I can get some pics of their horses when I go back to get Jimmy. We usually spend a few hours over there so I should have time. Then I can post some updated photos of our horse Gunner (we traded him and Mimzy for a while because Gunner was really bullying Pegasus).

#63 - Peek of Sun

This was the most sun I saw all day! It was so cloudy and then at sunset it was like a little flame in the distance.

#62 - I wanna play outside!!

Bet you thought this would be of Jimmy!! Hehe, poor Luke, since we haven't gotten our fence completely finished and its a bit difficult to watch him AND Jimmy at the same time while we play outside, Luke has been stuck inside a lot more than he should have been this winter. He just looks like he is pleading to get to go out and run free in the first pic and the second pic I thought was cute...see the white stuff in the background? Its stuffing from one of his toys that he tore up. It screams boredom! Though its really from him being a teething puppy lol! His big boy teeth are finally coming in thank goodness. I HATE sharp little puppy teeth, they are so painful! Anyway, I love how in the pic he looks like he is leaning away saying "I didn't do it!" or "Am I in trouble?"
