Find Me Friday

Can you see the two napping kitties? Well, one woke up when I took the pic, but whatever lol.

If you are new this week, all you have to do is post a photo of whatever you want (within reason of course, keep it clean people! ;-) ) and it has to have some element of "peekaboo," "hiding" or "camouflage" in it. Think of one of those hidden pictures where you have to find the hidden images. Or a green frog blending into the green leaf he is sitting on. There are tons of options! Have fun with it!

If you would like to join in, please make sure to link back to my blog and use my button if you like. If I decide your image(s) is/are inappropriate, I have the right to delete your link. Other than that, have fun and I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with! Oh, and I plan on having weekly themes in the future, but if you don't have a photo that falls into the category, you can still participate. And I don't mind if you add this into another Friday blog carnival. As long as you remember to link to me, that is great! Ok, that's all for now, lets see those photos!

Here is a button for you to use if you would like to participate. Thanks!

Our Garden Friend

Our resident toad (well, one of them, hopefully there are more!). He is so cute! I have always loved toads, ever since I was a little girl. I was probably one of the only kids in our neighborhood who wasn't afraid to touch them. Everyone thought they would get warts or something, but not me! I'm not afraid of a little toad pee lol! And believe me, I have been peed on by many a toad. Gross I know, but its really not that bad and its called soap and water afterwards!! ;-) So here is our little bug eating buddy, I even showed him to Jimmy, but he isn't allowed to pick him up yet. Not till he is a bit older and knows not to {{SQUEEZE!}}.

Please check out

Find Me Friday

A little late this week, but never fear! Find Me Friday is here!! O_o Ok, that was lame, but whatever lol.

I thought this was a cute pic. Its not the best quality photo ever, but I love how the goldfinch blends in with the dandelions.

Find Me Friday

Can you find the kite? This pic is from Easter when we visited Jim's parents. Each grandchild received a kite. This kite is actually a different one that Jimmy's cousin Marissa got last year. The ones from this year were cute little miniature kites and they actually flew! Jimmy loves his.

Korean Spice Viburnum Blooms

Here are the pics of my fav smelling spring flowers (beside lilacs of course). The first one is before they were fully blooming. Then I kinda waited too long for the good flower show and we had a couple frosts so the flowers are a bit wilty and brown around the edges. Ooops! Guess there's always next year ;-)

Find Me Friday

Well, if there is anyone out there who wants to participate in Find Me Friday still, here it is. I am making it my goal to be consistent with this from now on!!

Can you find the cat in the photo below? Little Jimmy and I were out taking a walk by the creek and I saw this animal crouching down in the tall grass. I wasn't sure what it was so I made Jimmy stay back. It just stayed still for the longest time, our 2 barn cats were right there with me and didn't pay any attention to it. I finally scared it up and it was a momma cat. She had a big 'ole belly on her, she must have been ready to have some kittens. She took off and ran across the street and all the way across a corn field to our neighbors house where she must be from. I know they have cats over there. It was just kind of strange because the color of her fur is so light and when I got close it really looked like wild animal fur, almost like a rabbit or groundhog. I am glad it was just a cat though, since Jimmy was with me.
